What is your return policy?

At 10-4 Tees we strive to provide nothing less than the best. Considering the variety of reasons for return shipments we ask that you fill out our contact form above in order to discuss your specific situation and provide the best resolution in any situation where a return my be necessary. You can also email us directly at info@10-4Tees.com.

Has my order been sent yet?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As each order is made on demand, instead of in bulk, we will send you a shipping confirmation once your items are shipped. A tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Will my personal details stay safe?

Absolutely. At 10-4 Tees we only partner with the best. Our systems and processes are all connected to highly secure company/business platforms in which protect our customers and their information.

What payment methods do you accept?​

We accept all major debit & credit cards, along with apple pay. Your payment method can be entered upon checkout, after you've place the gear you'd like to purchase in your cart.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

In short, yes. However, as each order is made on demand, we ask you email us immediately at info@10-4Tees.com when a cancellation or change to an order is needed. We will do our best to make the needed changes or cancel your order in a timely fashion.

What is the typical delivery time?
​
Orders are made and sent out within 48 business hours of an order being placed. In some cases, due to high volume, an extra 24-48 hours may be required. Delivery time from when an order is made until your gear reaches you doorstep is typically 5-7 business days.
